SoftApp – headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands – is an international cloud service provider of cutting edge Unified Communications and Collaboration solution that enable small, medium and large enterprise organizations to use Microsoft 365 as fully fledged PBX in the cloud.

SoftApp’s cloud product portfolio consists of: multiple ‘direct routing’ solutions for Microsoft Teams, a native to Teams Contact Center solution, and a native to Teams PC Operator solution.

SoftApp’s strategy is to offer innovative solutions to her international reseller channel, which allows these resellers, in combination with the Microsoft value proposition, to be distinctive and to strengthen the business relationship with their existing and future customers.

SoftApp is passionate about communication, follows Microsoft’s (technical) guidelines to a tee, makes use of standard technology and what was not ‘readily available’ we created inhouse. Our cloud services are operational in ‘the Iron Mountain Data Center’ (AMS1) in Amsterdam – the Netherlands.
